Releasing talent and initiative at all levels

This is our core business - helping people believe in themselves and their organisations so that vision and strategy become reality. Even in today's climate, even in the toughest areas such as the motor, pub and charity sectors, clients are continuing to invest in our services because they know that now is the time that leadership really counts; that at the end of the day it is their leaders, wherever they happen to be in the system, who will make the difference. Our programmes stimulate people, whatever their level in the hierarchy,  to figure out what is REALLY possible, and to consider what they are REALLY prepared to do to make that happen. The processes we use involve deeper learning and self realisation as well as practical skills development, peer feedback, coaching, action learning and sustained on the job follow-up.

Mobilising people behind change

Most people in today's organisations experience change as something 'done to them' - and are drained of energy and commitment as a result. We help leaders do the opposite - both to challenge and engage people in change, however tough it may be. This enables leaders to generate energy and focus in people as they experience change and to revitalise their organisations as a consequence. This ensures they emerge from major change, however difficult, with a profound confidence in their ability to handle further change in the future.

Strengthening insight and common purpose

We help senior teams merge their individual agendas into a common purpose, which they can then pursue with vigour, cohesion and clarity. This has a powerful transformational impact on internal relationships, and on members of the workforce, who start to experience a sense of clear direction and messaging from the top. We help people to communicate more openly within the hierarchy and to overcome the corrosive effects of negative behaviour with positive role modelling. We can support this with individual coaching for some or all team members as required.

These can be delivered in a range of formats from one or two day workshops through to shorter modular sessions. We encourage varied learning methods, such as ‘organisational conversations', action learning, retreats and peer group coaching. We also equip internal deliverers and coaches to use our methods.

 

We empower managers and teams to control change by giving them practical tools and new insights to understand and work with the strategic, operational, political, emotional, and relational dynamics at its core. This develops the lasting competence to initiate the right conversations at the right times to ensure change succeeds.
