Research and Ideas

We enjoy stimulating and sustaining debate about the latest innovations in our field. We have active links with Cass Business School and Winchester University through the research and teaching work of Karen Blakeley. We sustain academic and practical research programmes into leadership learning (some aspects of this are published in Karen's book ‘Leadership Blind Spots' and what to do about them').

We run regular retreats, meetings and conversations on various aspects of leadership learning. Many of these are run on a not-for-profit basis, with the aim of building a dynamic community of interest in which new ideas can be generated, tested and shared.
