We accelerate leadership learning to create a high performance workplace. We do this through carefully tailored 1:2:1 coaching and group development programmes. We do this at our clients' premises or in ours. Set in the grounds of an old Cistercian abbey, Waverley Abbey House forms the ideal setting for the retreats we hold here. Retreats are at the heart of the Waverley offering. Our clients find they allow them to get to the bottom of challenges that have become problems. They can address core issues and emerge refreshed, with improved professional and personal vigour. They can then hit the ground running, allowing their newfound realisations to provoke positive changes - immediately.
