Curated Conversations

Over many years, we at Waverley have held focused conversations (often over breakfasts or meals) where people from all walks of life, senior and junior dialogue around aspects of living and leading in the 21st century. Usually lasting 90 minutes or so and held bi-monthly (in person with a virtual link) they build and provide new thinking and challenge that emerges in a generative way from the participants and guest speakers. Our current focus is around how will leaders of the future ‘be’ and what will they ‘need’ to both be and feel effective.
