A coaching programme to restore identity and confidence for young people for an uncertain future.
Why 'My Signature'?
Our personal signature is unique to each of us. It is one aspect of our identity, giving us access to places and systems in our societies. It is also how we secure our commitment and agreement to contract.
Throughout history, a signature has been the true reinforcement of a person’s rights, and affirmation of their self worth.

Who is this for?
As programme creator Tim Richardson mentions in his article in the RSA, this programme is designed to help students and graduates who have had their plans hijacked by the pandemic and the economic fallout to create their own signature profile that they can revert to when seeking roles and when talking about themselves with friends, colleagues, family and other groups.
The way it works
Using the framework for Ikigai, the Japanese word for reason to live, we will help identify your own personal signature.
Over the course of 2 days, you will join a group online and work with coaches through a series of sessions of between 60mins and 150mins, with the longer sessions being split up with breaks. These sessions will include some input, some whole group responses and some smaller group work in breakout rooms. These small groups will stay together throughout the programme. In order for it to work, you will be asked to do some preparation ahead of the programme.
We are offering the first places on the programme for free, so register your interest to make sure you don’t miss out.
The steps we will work through together
Throughout these steps you will be guided using a range of coaching techniques including Transformational Narrative Coaching.
