Background

Derek is an experienced facilitator of effective learning initiatives for groups up to 40 of frontline staff, and middle to senior management on topics including; coaching skills in leadership and managing, team communication & conflict management and navigating introversion & extroversion.  He is a certified executive coach, passionate about leadership development, and maximising effectiveness in Organisational Leadership & Leadership Development, Manager On-Boarding & Team Development and Millennial Engagement.

Qualifications

Derek is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.  He is also certified in Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and hold a CPP Masters of Divinity (Hons) from Western Seminary.
