We have been working with Kearney for over 6 years designing and delivering an experiential 3 module Leadership Development programme for Managers and Senior Managers as they progress to Principal and Partner. This has been delivered in partnership with Kearney to groups all around the world and has contributed to a key shift in the culture of the business towards an apprenticeship and learning focused organisation that develops extraordinary talent.
These programmes have been delivered both in person and virtually.
We have been working with Tearfund for over 6 years supporting their strategic global leadership team through a complex change in multi shock times. This powerful Leadership Development programme has been designed in partnership with the charity to reflect their values and ethos and to support their mission, ‘to see all people freed from poverty, living transformed lives, and fulfilling their God given potential.

Commissioned during the pandemic, we have worked with the GWR Executive team and the top 100 leaders in this long established household name business as they seek to adapt their leadership behaviours and approach in times of unparalleled change for the industry. Through our ‘Inspiring Leaders’ programme , we have seen leaders stepping up more confidently into their authentic leadership roles, whilst also training up the internal team to cascade this work throughout the business.
We have been working with the UK division of Mercer for over 7 years building core relationship and influencing skills for Associates and Managers. This interactive programme that includes working with actors and has proved crucial to the ongoing success of the business. We have also designed and delivered a core programme for People Managers to equip them to lead teams both in person and remotely.
Their Developing Skills course consistently gets the best feedback of any standard developmental course that we offer. They’re clearly doing something right in terms of engagement, for those individuals to realise their own development within that situation.
